As per the above quotes, it is believed, to win the whole day, we need to create a routine for taking control over the schedule, instead of schedule controlling us.
No doubt, for some people early mornings are difficult to handle or manage but once we started working them we could feel energetic and passionate about the day ahead. It becomes the root of a successful life.
The habit of a healthy morning routine could benefit us to create positive momentum. It is important to set up the right track to make healthy choices the whole day we are going to make.
So, if our morning is energetic and healthy it will affect our whole day ahead.

1. Trick your mind

The use of gadgets at the time of waking up creates a negative impact on our energy and productivity. It harms our minds’ peacefulness, inserting the stress of having loads of work ahead. Even our energy level falls. It gives no time and space to start a calm day.
So avoid using mobile phones and other gadgets for at least an hour or two.
5. Drink water
After a long sleep, our body feels dehydrated. We need to provide hydration to our bodies in the morning.
